After choosing a service, you can see if there are any registered providers in your area. Right now, Véla is in our pilot phase, but we are working on expanding as fast as possible!

Yes! You can easily reschedule or cancel your booking anytime from your Véla profile. We understand that plans can change, just try to make any updates at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. It only takes a few clicks to adjust your booking, so you stay in full control of your schedule.

All payments on Véla are securely processed through Stripe, one of the world’s most trusted payment providers. You can pay using your preferred method, no cash needed, and all your information is safely encrypted and handled directly by Stripe. This ensures every transaction is smooth, simple, and completely secure. We also operate with Klarna.
